In this article, I’m bringing these awesome fragrances back into the spotlight. Here are top 10 long lasting perfumes for men that deserve your attention.
Before starting, let me explain what beast mode perfumes are. Beast mode perfumes are those that are extremely long-lasting, with impressive projection and sillage. Projection refers to how far the scent travels from your skin, and sillage refers to how long the fragrance lingers in a room after you’ve left. The longer it lingers, the better the sillage, which also enhances the perfume’s scent trail, following you as you walk.
Honorable mention – Boucheron Jaipur Homme EDP
Even though I will list 10 perfumes, I have an honorable mention, which is Boucheron Jaipur Homme EDP. This is a classic perfume launched in the 90s, slightly sweet, slightly spicy, with some citrusy notes and a barbershop vibe. It’s a classic perfume that suits mature men, and it’s one of my personal favorites. If you’re over 25 years old and enjoy classic perfumes, you should definitely try this one. It’s in the honorable mention only because I had to keep the list to 10 perfumes, but it deserves to be considered a top perfume. In terms of seasons, it works well in fall, winter, and spring, but avoid using it in hot weather as it can become overpowering.

Number 10: Estée Lauder Perfect Tobacco
Now, let’s move on to the list. At number 10, we have Estée Lauder Perfect Tobacco. This is one of my favorite tobacco scents. Blending vanilla, tobacco, and spicy notes, giving it a slightly oriental vibe. It’s similar to Swiss Arabian Shaghaf Oud, but this is one of the best blends. It uses notes of vanilla, tobacco, cinnamon, ginger, and oud. Creating an excellent blend with a dense, slightly Chocolatey vibe, even though there are no chocolate notes in it. The tobacco and oud blend gives it that vibe.
The performance is pure beast mode, extremely long-lasting with impressive projection and sillage. Lasting almost all day with heavy projection for 3–4 hours. It’s something you must try if you’re a perfume lover with a good collection. If you don’t already have this, make sure you get it. Season-wise, it’s strictly a winter scent; the colder it gets, the better it performs.
Number 09: Rasasi Qasamat Rasana
At number 9, we have Rasasi Qasamat Rasana. This is a straight-up woody perfume with notes of apple, bergamot, musk, and cedar. It’s in the same genre as citrusy woody perfumes like Creed Aventus, but it doesn’t smell like Creed Aventus, Nishane Hacivat, or Mancera Cedrat Boise. The scent profile is similar, though sharp, strong, and versatile, suitable for spring, fall, and even summer. Although it isn’t the longest-lasting, its strong initial projection ensures people will notice your fragrance. That’s why I’ve included it in this list.
Number 08: Joop! Homme
At number 8, we have a perfume that you’ve really forgotten about. How could you forget it? It’s one of my personal favorites, although not everyone likes it, and that’s Joop! Homme. Joop! Homme introduced sweet men’s fragrances, and it was the perfume that started the trend of sweet men’s fragrances. It has notes like vanilla, tonka bean, cinnamon, and heliotrope, making it a powerhouse fragrance that’s very sweet. The color might make you think it’s a feminine fragrance, but it’s not; it’s a men’s fragrance, ‘Homme’ means man. Don’t be deceived by its color.
You should definitely try it once because it’s one of those perfumes that, even after all these years, still performs well. Lasting 8–10 hours with good projection and sillage for the first 2–3 hours. Plus, I love its dry down, where the sandalwood note becomes more prominent and smooth, although it remains sweet. If you don’t like sweet perfumes, you can skip it. The best season for this perfume is fall and winter, i.e., cool and cold weather.
Number 07: Ajmal’s Wisal Dhahab
At number 7 in the list of top 10 long lasting perfumes for men, we have Ajmal’s Wisal Dhahab. Some of you have commented that Wisal Dhahab doesn’t perform well, but that’s not the case. Wisal Dhahab is a great performer. However, in freezing weather, its projection and sillage might decrease, but it’s long-lasting, staying all day. This is a Middle Eastern oriental fragrance with that typical Middle Eastern vibe, like the ones Sheikh perfumes have.
It’s unisex, but not a heavy blend; it has more floral notes, with base notes of musk and patchouli, giving it a dense, deep feel. It’s a fantastic unisex scent that you can try if you haven’t already. It’s not just for winter; you can also wear it in fall or in the pleasant weather of summer evenings and even during the monsoon. You should definitely give it a try.
Number 8: Tom Ford Black Orchid
Next, we move on to the most expensive perfume on this list, which you’ve probably forgotten about, but it’s also a beast mode perfume, and that is Tom Ford Black Orchid. It’s a very warm, spicy, earthy, woody scent, with tons of notes used to create a slightly challenging but addictive blend. It’s a dark, mysterious perfume that women can also wear, making it a unisex blend. However, even men can wear it without any issue. Just keep in mind that not everyone likes it.
It’s a bit challenging, but for those who do like it, it’s an addictive scent. Performance-wise, it’s beast mode, lasting all day with heavy projection and sillage around you. However, with this perfume, you might sometimes feel like it’s not performing well, but those around you will definitely notice its high-class, expensive, and strong scent. You should wear it only during winter nights. It works well only in winter nights. If you wear it in summer or during the day, it doesn’t perform as well compared to the night.
Number 05: Rasasi Shuhrah
At number 5 of our list of top 10 long lasting perfumes for men, we have Rasasi Shuhrah. Some of you have forgotten about it, but I don’t know how you could forget these perfumes? This one is still an addictive scent for me, I can’t live without it. Although it’s a leather blend, the most prominent feature is the cigarette ash vibe it gives off, making it a smoky and very masculine perfume.
It’s for real men. Additionally, there’s a sweet oud in the background, adding depth to the blend, making it unique and high-class, with excellent ingredients. It’s a bit challenging, so not everyone will like it. You should definitely try it first, but those who do like it becomes fans. You should wear this during fall and winter. It also works in spring but performs best in cooler weather. Avoid wearing it in summer. Performance-wise, it’s beast mode, lasting all day with good projection and sillage.

Next, we have a designer fragrance perfect for clubbing or parties, especially for modern young men. This is Salvatore Ferragamo Uomo, which you can easily wear to your winter parties.
